Landscape Assistant
Landscaping Assistant The City of Canton is seeking a part-time seasonal landscaping assistant to work in Jones Park, at City Hall, and other City-owned properties. This position requires 10-20 hours per week, late March through early October. Work will include spring and fall perennial/shrub clean up, raking, mulching, planting, weeding, and watering. Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, independent worker with an eye for detail. Horticulture/landscaping knowledge desired but not required.

The City of Canton has two part-time, seasonal openings for string trimmers at Greenwood Cemetery. Position is 28 hours per week depending on weather, starting at 7:00am. Rate of pay is $15 per hour.
